Hailing from the vibrant town of Castroville, Texas, Triana's profound connection to movement began at the tender age of 3, when she commenced her training in jazz and tap at a local studio. Her dedication and love for dance propelled her to further her education at the esteemed University of Texas at Austin, where she delved into the intricacies of ballet, modern dance, hip hop, salsa, and an array of other disciplines.

Triana's professional repertoire boasts an impressive array of achievements, including choreography, creative direction, and captivating performances alongside acclaimed local artist Remy Neal in both live shows and mesmerizing music videos. She has graced numerous stages in Huntsville, collaborating with luminaries such as Phil Weaver and The Huntsville Community Chorus, while also leaving her indelible mark on the theatrical production, "The Color of Green." Notably, she was a cherished member of Huntsville's pioneering professional modern dance company.

Fueled by her groundbreaking spirit, Triana introduced the concept of heels dance classes to the Huntsville area, becoming a trailblazer in this innovative form of self-expression. Presently, she dedicates herself to teaching Sensation Heels classes, where she cultivates a nurturing environment for individuals to train and find empowerment in heels dance. Additionally, she imparts her expertise through her Foxxy Jazz class, imparting her unique style and infectious enthusiasm to her students.
